They start driver’s ed so soon!

Grandma was in town this week. It was so nice to have her here! Carson and Amelia loved it and of course it went way to0 fast. Anyways, the kids spent a lot of time outside this week. During that time, Amelia decided she was going to teach Carson how to drive.
I can just hear her now… “Keep you hands at 2 and 10, both eyes on the road and can you make a U turn because I just dropped my binky.”
So now I’m counting down the days until we go to Michigan to visit. Maybe this time I’ll actually get to spend some time with my mom. During her visit here I was inundated with homework and two papers. Even though I didn’t get to spend a great deal of quality time with mom, she did spend a lot of time with the kids. So much, I think she’ll maintain her fix until we come home in September and even then she may decide to pick up a few shifts at work 
Either way, it was great having mom out here, but Carson was sad Grandpa didn’t come as well.
I think Amelia said something about wanting to pull into McDonalds. Thanks for Welcoming me to your home and the wonderful Grandkid fix.I really needed that quality time with Carson and Meals.Your Dad & I are so blessed. Can’t wait for Sept!!
HA!! Geeze I wonder why they would know how to pull into a McDonalds!! Isn’t that basic kid training nowadays? That picture makes me think that this is what Dan and Jill look like in the car. Plus it looks like that machine has some power boosters on it!! Watch out!
